Arrival Information: One or two days prior to your arrival, a member of our check-in team will contact you via WhatsApp to coordinate your arrival details. It is very important that you coordinate with your host, as we do not have a front desk at the property. Apartment Check-in: Your apartment will be available for check-in starting from 3:00 PM. If you arrive before 3:00 PM, you can leave your luggage free of charge at our office, located at Ronda Universitat No. 9, Floor A, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. We may be able to arrange an early check-in, but only if your apartment is already ready. Please note that we cannot confirm early arrival availability until you arrive. Check-in Fees: We are delighted to welcome you to the apartment between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday. We understand that flights, trains, or plans might change after these hours, and we assure you this is not an issue for us. However, please note there is an extra fee for late check-in (Monday to Saturday) or for any check-in on Sundays and public holidays, as detailed below. We hope this is not an inconvenience for you when choosing this apartment: Monday to Friday: From 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM (midnight): €35 From 12:00 AM onwards: €60 Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays: Until 12:00 AM (midnight): €30 From 12:00 AM onwards: €60 Tourist Tax: As of April 1, 2026, local authorities charge a tourist tax to all visitors to Catalonia aged 17 and over. The amount is €10.45 per person, per night, for a maximum of 7 nights. This tourist tax must be paid upon arrival at the apartment. Upon arrival, you must present your passports or ID cards to the person conducting your check-in. This is a mandatory requirement by the Spanish authorities. Cleaning Service: Please remember that if your stay is 7 days or longer, you can contact us to request an extra cleaning service. If you would like an additional cleaning service beyond this, please check availability and pricing via our WhatsApp. At Check-out Time: The maximum check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you require a late check-out, please inquire in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on our occupancy for that day. If you need a taxi, please contact us via WhatsApp at +34 636 68 09 68.
